If you have a refund available, please check your purchase registration email to see if you received a message requesting your bank details.
  1. Remember to fill in all mandatory fields.
  2. We ask that you verify you are entering the correct bank and all the digits of your bank account.
  3. If you choose option Bancolombia, remember that you have up to 11 digits to enter.
  4. The document number must match the beneficiary's one.
    1. For this information, please ensure you enter the correct number of digits according to the type of document you choose.
    2. As an example, if you choose Cédula de Ciudadanía, pay attention to ensure the digits and their quantity are correct. 
  5. Remember to indicate whether it is a checking or savings account.
  6. For NEQUI accounts, you can only indicate savings account.
