What is the link of Refund form?

This is a form requesting bank details in order to make a refund.

You access it by clicking on a link through an automatic email sent when you have a refund. You will receive the link through the email address you registered at the time of purchase.

IMPORTANT

1. The form is effective only for methods other than credit or debit cards.
   
2. Once the link is received, you have 7 days to fill out the form. After that period the refund expires on dLocal's side. 
   
3. Once expired, you will have to contact the seller to request your refund again.
