What is the link of Refund form?
This is a form requesting bank details in order to make a refund.
You access it by clicking on a link through an automatic email sent when you have a refund. You will receive the link through the email address you registered at the time of purchase.
- The form is effective only for methods other than credit or debit cards.
- Once the link is received, you have 7 days to fill out the form. After that period the refund expires on dLocal's side.
- Once expired, you will have to contact the seller to request your refund again.
